How to Apply for KALIA Scholarship Online?

Step-1: First thing you need to do, is scan all the Required Documents and keep them in one folder.
Step-2: Open the scholarship.odisha.gov.in in your Device Browser.
Step-3: Use your Aadhaar Card and OTP for Registration. If you already have an account, then log in to your Account using the Student Login Link.
Step-4: Next, Click on the Schemes and Eligibility link from the Left Menu. You will see the Kalia Scholarship under Agriculture & F.E Department List.
Step-5: Then Click on the Apply button to start the Application Process. Now you will see a form on your screen. Start filling out the form by entering the Kalia Beneficiary Id (Get it from here) or Aadhaar Number.
Step-6: Once you enter the Beneficiary ID and press the Verify button, it will automatically Fetch the Details from the server. Then Start filling in the Children’s Academic, Eligibility, and Bank Account Details one by one.
Step-7: After filling in all the details, upload all the necessary documents in the proper place. Finally, Submit the Application Form and Take a printout of the Application Form.
Application Process and Approval
After the submission of your application, it will be forwarded to your Institution. The head of the college or university should follow the instructions below:
- The Government will provide a User ID and Password to the head of the institution for verification of the online Application.
- The institution will have to verify details such as Admission Date, Roll Number, Registration Number, Uploaded Certificates, etc.
- Also, the college Authority will verify the details regarding the day scholar or hosteller.
- After verification, the college Authority will forward the application to the chief district Agriculture Office.
- The Chief District Agriculture Officer will verify the KALIA Beneficiary details.
- After verification, he will release the KALIA Scholarship amount to the Bank Account of the student.
